This cozy café is located right in the heart of beautiful Berea, and is known for its relaxed atmosphere and smiling staff.
The Main Street Café is just up the sidewalk from the historic Boone Tavern Inn, Berea College, Union Church and a number of exciting art and craft galleries and gift shops.
Main Street Café is open for lunch & evening meals Monday thru Saturday, and open Sundays for lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. They also cater.
The menu includes an impressive variety of tasty and well-prepared dishes including appetizers, homemade soups, salads, sandwiches, quiches, wraps, entrées, side items, and a children’s menu.
Both an avid supporter and participant in the local art scene, owner Sune Fredericksen (a native of Denmark) displays the works of local artisans in his stylish and welcoming eatery. Near the front of the café, you'll also notice a large selection of imported Baltic amber.
Great atmosphere, friendly and prompt service, and wonderful food make for a very pleasant dining experience and a good value.
