Police Seeking Information on Drowning Death
Police are asking for information relating to the recent death of Tonselara B. Miller, 56, of Richmond. Miller's body was found last Friday at Lake Reba. The coroner indicated she died by drowning.

RICHMOND - The Richmond Police Department is seeking information from the public in connection with the recent death of Tonselara Miller.
Tonselara B. Miller, age 56, a black female, 5’6”, approximately 250 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair, went missing on Feb. 26. Her body was later found in Lake Reba on Mar. 5.
Miller was last seen at the Social Security Office on Gibson Bay Drive during the morning of Feb. 26. She was wearing a dark colored warm-up suit and a white down coat similar to the one depicted in the attached flyer.
Police are asking anyone who may have seen Miller walking on Gibson Bay Drive or in the Lake Reba area on 02/26/2010 to contact Detective Matt Boyle at the Richmond Police Department, 859-623-1162.
Police said the Madison County Coroner had reported that the post-mortem medical examination of Miller revealed that the cause of death wasdrowning. There were no other indications of injury to her body, police said.
Police said Miller had been reported to be depressed at the time she went missing, and she was taking medication that could have caused memory loss, according to reports.
