Police say the incident occured at approximately 10:55 p.m. when Richmond police were summoned to the Saddlebrook Apartments at 633 Big Hill Avenue to investigate the incident.
Upon arrival, officers were met by four male victims, two of which were residents of the complex.
The victims stated that they had just returned to the apartment complex from Eastern Kentucky University and parked their car in the parking lot near the “D” building.
As they exited their vehicle, they noticed that another vehicle that had followed them into the complex parked beside their vehicle. As the victims were walking away from their vehicle, they were accosted by three male suspects from the vehicle that had parked beside them.
