Motorist/Suspect Found Unconscious at Restaurant

DUI/Drug Arrest: On 06/15/2016 officers were called to McDonald’s on Glades Road in reference to a vehicle collision. One of the drivers involved was passed out when they arrived, and showed other signs of impairment. Synthetic Marijuana and Xanax were located inside of her purse. Officers arrested 30 year old Angela Hobbs of Richmond KY and charged her with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence 1st Offense, Possession of Synthetic Drugs, and Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd Degree.

Theft: On 06/18/2016 a resident in the 100 Block of Churchill Court reported that items were stolen from a parked vehicle overnight. Estimated Loss: $90.00.

Alcohol Intoxication: On 06/18/2016 officers were called to Walmart in reference to a dispute in the parking lot. Two subjects were located and both of them showed obvious signs of intoxication. One of them also had open alcohol containers inside of his vehicle. Officers arrested 45 year old Eric Uzdevenes of Garden City GA and 46 year old Craig Edward of Tempe AZ. Both were charged with Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place, Uzdevenes was also charged with Open Alcohol Container in a Motor Vehicle.

DUI Arrest: On 06/19/2016 officers received a complaint of a reckless driver on Chestnut Street. The vehicle was located and a traffic stop was conducted. The driver and the passenger both showed obvious signs of impairment. Officers arrested 39 year old Misty Murphy of Waco KY and 21 year old Quinton King of Richmond KY. Murphy was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence 1st Offense. King was charged with Public Intoxication and Possession of Synthetic Drugs.

Theft: On 06/19/2016 a resident in the 100 Block of Kayla Drive reported that items were stolen from a parked vehicle overnight. Estimated Loss: $110.00.

Fleeing and Evading: On 06/18/2016 an officer observed 22 year old Floyd Moore of Berea KY walking on Boone Street. Moore had an active arrest warrant and the officer attempted to stop him. Moore ran on foot and officers were unable to locate him. On 06/19/2016 Moore was spotted walking on Chestnut Street and officers attempted to stop him again. Moore ran on foot but was apprehended after a short foot chase where an officer’s uniform was damaged. Moore was charged with the following:

-Fleeing or Evading Police on Foot (2 Counts)
-Resisting Arrests (2 Counts)
-Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree

Public Intoxication: On 06/20/2016 officers were called to the 500 Block of Richmond Road in reference to a suspicious person on private property. The subject was located and showed signs of impairment, but refused to cooperate when officers attempted to arrest him. After a short struggle, they arrested 40 year old Adrian Allen of Crab Orchard KY. He was charged with the following:
-Public Intoxication
-Possession of Synthetic Drugs
-Resisting Arrest
-Disorderly Conduct

Burglary: On 06/21/2016 an employee at Farristown Middle School reported that items were stolen from a storage shed. Estimated Loss: $500.00.
