Mayor why is our city comparing itself to the city of Dry Ridge when their population is 1,900 and our population is 9,800?

I thought the fire department asked specificially about how Dry Ridge compared to Berea during the last meeting. Is that incorrect? I assumed that it had some validity because of the Interstate proximity and number of runs it experienced.
