Mayor Connelly I know of several Police Officers that have been with the dept for at least 5 years and I know that officers that have been at teh dept for two years that make more money then the ones that have been there for 5 years. Do you think that this is fair? Is there any plans to fix this issue?

Without knowing whom you are referring to, I will have to say that I cannot evaluate the fairness of that situation. However, part of the need for the payroll evaluation and adjustment is to elinimate unfairness and inequity.
