Dwayne, you seem to want someone else to take responsibility for this issue. If you are so passionate and have such a clear vision of the path to follow, why don't you lead the charge? You have asked for more courageous leadership. Why not provide it? Give the "moist" folks a champion to rally around. File for council or mayor and advocate your platform.
