Mayor connelly, when will the city have the capabilities to take debit/crdit card payments?...everyone else does. isnt it about time BMUD does.

The issue that prevents the utility from implementing its debit payment plan is the present consumer transaction fee that the 3rd party handler proposes to charge. The utility superintendent is seeking a charge which is less than the $4.95 fee offered. Do you have a comment on what level pf fee is acceptable?
