Mayor: Who is in charge of seeing, park work, Boone/Fee Street drainage, new traffic signals, and Chestnut Street curbs work moving forward? I would hope the contractor would be capable of multitasking. Lots of work to be done and not much movement forward.

Dale VanWinkle, Randy Stone, Steve Connelly, are initially repsonsible. Other department heads, inclduing streets and utilities, will have input in monitoring the work.
