Mayor: I would have hoped you would have visited the site of the new park before giving your last answer. Before I post the many OSHA related violations and the lack of house cleaning at site, I will give you a chance to visit the site again.

I walk by the site usually twice a day. Please post your list. The contractor has an obligation to provide and maintain safe conditions at the work site. If it is unsafe, let us know.
