Mr. mayor---The very expensive wheels on my car where bent by a unmarked ditch through the middle of 595 near the exit. The ditch was unmarked and very, very deep. The construction company is not marking any of the holes in the highway in that area or mayde rd. I was doing less than 15 mph....but the ditch was so severe it still damaged my wheels. Who can I expect to compensate me to have the wheels repaired or replaced...the city, state or construction company? Any help is appreciated!

Construction projects can be treacherous driving sites. You or your insurance company will likely be responsible for your claim.
