Mayor, I was just wondering if the is the baseball/softball field area a non smoking area or not. If it is a non smoking area who enforces the policy. Also as for the fields is there anyway we can have our concrete FIELDS worked up to where they have some loose dirt around the base pads so that the players are not getting injured when sliding. The fields look good but there's more than just dragging the field when it comes to maintaning a field.

The pool and park areas are non-smoking areas, in general, with designated smoking areas. This policy is enforced by staff with the cooperation of the public. The park maintenance personnel will inspect the ball fields.
