Question from whitebass

Mayor Connelly, I have noticed that when someone has a question about any other department in the city goverment, you respond very quickly, but if a question is asked in regards to the parks, your reponse is very slow, if you respond at all. Why is that?

I have less daily contact with the park than other departments and often have to request information to answer proffered questions.
